All water bills are due every 16th of every month.
If your payment is received after 4:30pm on the 16th thru the 23rd a late fee of 5% of bill will be added to your account.
If your payment is NOT received in full by 4:30pm on the 23rd your account will become delinquent and will be added to the disconnect list and will be assessed a $20.00 reconnect fee even if account is not disconnected.
ANY PAYMENT PLACED IN THE NIGHT BOX AFTER 4:30PM ON THE 16TH WILL BE POSTED THE NEXT DAY.
IF YOU LEAVE YOUR PAYMENT IN THE NIGHT BOX PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THE LATE FEE (5% OF BILL) TO AVOID ADDITIONAL PENALTIES TO BE CHARGED
30 days after services have been suspended, the account will be closed and if 45 days elapse after the suspension of services and the account has not been reconnected, the water meter will be pulled and the garbage toter will be removed
