EMS Billing Policies & Fees
The EMS Department Medical Intensive Care Ambulances are supplied with state of the art equipment and are essentially an emergency room on wheels. All EMS services are billed directly to the patient.
There is also a charge whenever EMS personnel are called out to do a medical assessment, even if the patient isn't transported to a facility.

Medical Records Requests
Attorney requests must be submitted through www.chartswap.com with the EMS service as the Provider.
Non-attorney requests maybe submitted in any of the following ways:

- Fax the request (secure and direct) to 800-608-9457
- Email records@emergicon.com with general information and you will receive a secure email to use for the PHI details
