The 23rd is the last day to pay the bill with the late fee. After 4:30 on the 23rd a $20 fee will be applied and the person will be disconnected on the 24th. The only way to avoid the $20 late fee and disconnection is to pay online before 5 p.m. on the 23rd. If the 23rd lands on a weekend (sat or sun) or a holiday, the customer will have until the next business day until 4:30 p.m. to pay their bill.
