Consistent with Governor Greg Abbot's Open Meeting changes dated March 16, 2020, effective immediately and until further notice, public meetings will be held in a manner intended to separate, to the maximum practical extent to reduce the chance of COVID-19 transmission. However, the governmental bodies must offer alternative methods of communicating with their public officials; and public comment/input shall be limited to written format submitted to the City Secretary.
