The City of Mathis Events and Festivals Committee is excitedly preparing for this year’s annual event in our downtown district and it’s important to us that we communicate clearly the details of the event.

As a business located within E. San Patricio Ave., you are a key factor in the city’s plan of revitalizing downtown Mathis. Special weekend events are a benefit to the community and one of the best ways to putting “feet on the street” for our downtown merchants. While not everyone attending the event will be shopping, special events allow visitors to see what Mathis has to offer and think about opportunities for spending their discretionary dollars. If they have an enjoyable time at the event, they are more likely to return rather than pass through on their way somewhere else.
